Upon completion of your registration you will be issued a student identity card.
This ID card entitles you to access HKU buildings
and use libraries at HKU University of the Arts Utrecht as well as Utrecht
University. It also entitles you to discounts at various theatres, museums and

It is the responsibility of the student to check if you received a student ID card after enrolment. The student ID card will remain valid during the entire course of your study.
The cards are sent in June, July, August and September. Still no card after November 1st? Please contact the Service Desk Student Affairs. In the event that a replacement card is needed, the additional cost is €11.
Return upon unenrolment
When you terminate your enrolment you are requested to return the student card to the Service Desk Student Affairs. This can also be done by post.
Lost ID card
If you lose your ID card you can request a replacement for € 11.
